Not that it matters, but when I post (not reblog) something, like a quote that I really like, I may get 1 like, maybe even a reblog. But when Kari-shma posts the same exact quote, 3 weeks later, it gets 250 notes within the hour, and people fall over themselves to compliment her on her taste and originality. wtf

this can’t last. not to mention no one there seems to get why there’s a problem that they are “hiring 30 new people” this month (just as all the other staff nears their 90 day-insurance activation day), especially when they laid off 150 people in JULY.
